What's new? White Truffle Oil.  If you enjoy the flavor and aroma of white truffle, you'll LOVE this oil!  It's one for the connoisseur:  Made in Italy without the use of extracts, this olive oil is smooth with an intense truffle flavor.  A super finishing oil.  A little goes a long way.  We sell it in two sizes, 200 ml or 60 ml.

Also, new, Butternut Squash Seed Oil from Geneva, NY.  It takes at least 10 butternut squash to make just one 200 ml bottle.  The flavor is warm, nutty, and intense.  You can use it alone or paired with Maple Balsamic or Cinnamon Pear Balsamic.
